1. Scope of application According to the "Classified Management Directory of Stationary Pollution Sources Discharge Permits (2017 Edition)", the scope of application for pollution discharge licenses in the water treatment industry includes industrial wastewater centralized treatment plants and urban domestic sewage treatment plants. Among them, industrial wastewater centralized treatment plants, urban domestic sewage treatment plants with a daily processing capacity of 100,000 tons or more, and domestic sewage centralized treatment plants that accept industrial wastewater with a daily processing capacity of 20,000 tons or more are subject to key management; those with a daily processing capacity of less than 100,000 tons Urban domestic sewage treatment plants implement simplified management.
After the Ministry of Ecology and Environment’s new version of the “Classified Management List of Stationary Pollution Source Discharge Permits” is released, it will be implemented in accordance with its requirements.
2. Application time limit

3. Issuing authority
