It is necessary to coordinate the base projects and supporting power grid projects, and plan, construct and put them into operation simultaneously.

5) The scale of a single project is not less than 1 million kilowatts, and the photovoltaic bracket in the Gobi desert area is not less than 1.5 meters. 6) For projects with utilization rates lower than 95% after being connected to the grid, the provincial energy authorities shall clarify the utilization rate standards based on actual conditions and organize the development enterprises to sign a letter of commitment.
