In order to further promote the innovative development, promotion and application of the first (set) major technical equipment in Tianjin, the "Guidance Catalog for the Promotion and Application of the First (set) Major Technical Equipment in Tianjin" (2019 Edition) is now revised. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Solicitation conditions

Principles for applying for major technical equipment products to be included in the "Catalogue" The following conditions must be met:

　(1) Meet the requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading and be an important equipment product that supports the high-quality development of the industry;

　(2) ) The energy saving, material saving and environmental protection effects are outstanding, and the economic and social benefits are significant.

(3) Equipment products are technologically advanced, highly innovative, and have corresponding intellectual property rights.

2. Relevant work requirements

(1) The scope of revision must comply with the first (set) major technology in Tianjin Key areas of equipment (see attachment 1);

(2) Enterprises applying for revision of the "Catalogue" need to submit an application for revised and supplemented products in Tianjin's first (set) major technical equipment promotion and application guidance catalog table (see attachment 2).

(3) Please ask the district industry and information technology department to organize enterprise declarations and conduct preliminary screening of the revision applications submitted by the enterprises, and submit the catalog revision and supplement product application form before August 5 Equipment Industry Division, Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau.
